Most questions are answered below. If yours is not, send us a message and we will reply within one business day.

How do I pay for my order?

This site does not process card payments directly. After you place an order we email you an order reference and payment instructions for the method you selected. Your order is reserved while payment is arranged, and confirmed once payment is received.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within one business day of payment confirmation. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally. The exact options and estimated delivery windows for your address are included with your payment instructions after you place an order.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Carrier scans can lag by a day or two, especially at handover points. If there has been no movement for several business days, contact us with your order reference and we will chase it with the carrier.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening anything else, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have reviewed the photos.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once a pre-order item has shipped it follows our standard returns policy and cannot be cancelled.

Can I return an opened product?

No. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, opened products and cards removed from sealed products cannot be returned. This is set out in full in our Returns & refunds policy.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source through official distribution channels, inspect every item before dispatch, and stand behind what we send. If something is not as described, we resolve it.

Can I order a product you do not stock?

Often, yes. Send us the details through our Talk to a specialist form and we will tell you what we can source and what it would cost.

How should I store sealed Pokémon product?

Aim for a stable 40 to 50 percent relative humidity at 18 to 24 degrees Celsius, keep product out of direct sunlight, store boxes no more than two high, and avoid attics, garages and basements.

How should I check a sealed box for reseals?

Check the factory seal, the pack count and weight, the print quality of the wrap and the box itself, and whether the outer film carries the official Pokémon logos.
